Starting the listening phase of the Healthwatch Young Listeners Project for Dorset

Having recruited and trained 11 amazing young volunteers, they went on to design their own peer to peer engagement project. They decided that, as well as getting general feedback, they wished to particularly focus on finding out about other young people’s experiences of 3 areas of health and social care services Pan-Dorset:
- Transition between CYP and adult services.
- Collaboration between services.
- Access to information to include barriers and health inequalities.
The listening phase has started and will continue until August 5th. I would be grateful of you could share this information and opportunty on your channels or with any young person (under 25 years,) who you think may be interested to speak with the young listeners, either face to face, via telephone or on Zoom.
