Traineeship 16-24

We are currently running traineeships for 16–24-year-olds in Weymouth, Portland, and Dorchester. I was hoping to speak with someone about the possibility of a voluntary work placement within your organisation.Each trainee attends our classroom in the Weymouth centre and completes Functional skills in both Maths and English, Essential digital skills, lifelong learning skills and employability skills. On top of the classroom-based learning, each trainee is then required to complete 70 hours of a voluntary work placement with a local employer. The main aim for the work placement is that the learner can pick up practical work skills that will help them in finding employment/further education at the end of the traineeship.
