Share your experiences to help shape Dorset Council's services

Day opportunities and support survey

Dorset Council are keen to provide the best offer we can to people who have eligible social care needs. Dorset Council want to make sure that you have the right support at the right time to connect with your local community.

You can take the survey to tell the Council what support you get during the day, for example:

  • attend day centre
  • access voluntary groups
  • support from personal assistants
  • support from friends and family members

The Council encourages you to be honest about the day opportunities and community facilities that you access and that are available to you. The survey will close on 26 March 2021.

Carers short breaks, respite and day opportunities survey

If you are a carer, you can take this survey to tell Dorset Council what:

  • support you get to take a break from your caring role
  • day opportunities are available to people during the day

The Council encourages you to be honest about the short break and day opportunities that are available. The survey will close on 19 February 2021.

If you need an alternative version of the survey such as hard copy, easy read or large print, you can:

Dorset Council are happy to post a copy to you with a stamped address envelope that you can return in the post for free.
